The mountain guides of La Rébenne are passionate about their work. Certified by the French government, they are specialists in diverse areas such as geology, biology, history, the environment, working with children and youth. These professionals will share with you, in perfect safety, their knowledge of the mountain milieu both natural and human. For you they'll make the very stones, clouds, animals and plants speak of the history of these mountains.

Whether on a gentle walk around a lake, a strenuous high mountain hike or during a walking holiday of several days in France or Africa, the guides of La Rébenne will help you experience the mountains to their fullest.

Trip of 7 days, 6 nights with 6 days of walking - 570€

In the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees, combine the pleasure of walking with the exploration of an exceptional site. The national park of Aigüestortes offers up a marvelous landscape in a spectacle of colours that are always stunning with both harmony and contrast of different elements : earth, sky, water... Walker, you in turn will be "enchanted"
We'll walk from refuge to refuge with only personal items and picnic lunch to carry.

Program

Day 1 : Depart from the Bains de Tredos (1700m), progressing towards the refuge de Ventosa (2220m) by crossing the valley of colomers, which you can admire from the port de Caldes (2593m)

Day 2 : This short stage brings us to St Lizier where we discover its fabulous patrimony during the afternoon: the Bishops’ treasure, the romanesque cloister and the cathedral, as well as the 18th-century pharmacy that pilgrims relied on over the centuries.

Day 3 : A very pleasant walk begins from Estagny Long, overlooking large lakes via the "collada de Dellui" and the col de Dellui (2576m) to arrive at the refuge of Colomina (2040m)

Day 4 : A magic day around the big lakes, with a panoramic view from the col de Saburo (2700). Overnight in the refuge de Maria Blanca.

Day 5 : A walk to the legendary summit of the Encantats. This ascension, partially off-trail, offers a superb viewpoint. Elevation change: 1000m. Overnight in the refuge du Malafré (1800m).

Day 6 : Another day of colour while passing through rock fields and pine forests of the port de Ratéra (2700m) to reach the refuge de Saboredo.

Day 7 : From the refuge de Saaboredo, a descent via the cirque de Colomers. Group disperses around 4:00pm.
