To ensure that our trips perfectly meet your wishes, we offer a range of different options for each circuit.
Whichever options you choose, La Rébenne will take responsibility for selecting and reserving all of your accommodation, on a half or full-board basis. Our team will also ensure the transfer of your luggage from one place of accommodation to the next, as well as the transfer of people and bikes if necessary (unless you have selected the 'autonomous' option).
Hiking
Self-guided
Self-guided: You can set off alone, as a couple, with family or friends. We take care of your accommodation, meals, luggage and group transfers. You are an experienced hiker and you are able to orientate yourself using a map and compass. Stage by stage, you will follow the maps and the Topo Guide that we have carefully prepared for you.
Set off at your own pace- this is light hiking, with each person following their own rhythm and able to enjoy the pleasures of nature without worrying about the logistics of the stay. Self-guided hiking also means being completely free to intepret and imagine everything the environment around you has to teach you.
With a guide
LaRébenne mountain guides are there to enlighten you on the elements that surround you and that give life to the mountains. They love and know the environment in which they work with you. They will allow you to better understand the natural environment, the history, the life of the mountain inhabitants and the relation between man and nature….

Mountain Biking
Self-guided
You know how to orientate yourself using a map and compass, how to use a TopoGuide and you understand the basic functions of a GPS.
You set off alone, equipped with the orientation equipment provided by us: maps with marked routes, GPS tracks and a detailed TopoGuide, to discover the circuit which has been carefully designed by our team. With the TopoGuide and GPS fixed to your handlebars, let yourself be guided by the carefully and precisely designed instructions.
With a guide
Accompanied by a professional who has obtained a state-sponsored mountain biking qualification, you ride without any worries about having to follow a map. Our qualified specialist, who has an in-depth knowledge of the region, will guide you throughout the trip and, if you wish, provide you with advice to help you become an outstanding mountain biker. Thanks to their detailed knowledge of the route, they will adapt the itinerary to your group and manage the schedule and effort required throughout the day. Free from having to manage the group, your only concern will be enjoying your mountain biking!
With an assistance vehicle
For added comfort, we offer the option to be accompanied by an assistance vehicle with a mountain bike trailer, with both the Guided or Self-Guided options. The assistance vehicle will meet you at several points throughout the day’s stage, and will bring you your picnic, water, your extra clothes, as well as a complete toolkit in case of any mechanical issues. As a result, you can fully enjoy your day with only a light bag. The driver will also give you advice for each stage, helping you to manage your ride and progress and, most of the time, will be able to answer any questions you may have about the local area.
Autonomous

Self-guided cycling with assistance vehicle
The assistance vehicle and bike trailer will meet you at several points throughout the day’s stage, often at the summit of a col, and will bring you your picnic, water, your extra clothes, as well as a complete toolkit in case of any mechanical issues. As a result, you can fully enjoy your day with only a light bag or no bag at all. The driver will also give you advice for each stage, helping you to manage your ride and progress and will, most of the time, be able to answer any questions you may have about the local area.
Self-guided cycling with assistance vehicle without driver
In addition to LaRébenne organising the accommodation and meals for your group, they will also arrange the rental of one or more assistance vehicles. This will be a vehicle similar to a Renault Trafic L2 and can be equipped with a towbar if necessary. There is a possibility that you may need to collect the vehicle from Foix and, in this case, you will be able to park your cars for free at the agency, for the duration of your trip.
