Insurance

In accordance with the regulations of our profession, La Rébenne is insured for Professional Civil Liability. However, each participant must hold an individual liability policy, as well as individual multi-risk coverage, in order to protect themselves from incidents or accidents that may occur before or during the hike or trip. Any additional insurance shall be invoiced on an individual basis and must be purchased on the day you register for the trip. 

Repatriation insurance is strongly advised for all our trips and is obligatory for trips abroad :
You may already be insured by your Credit Card provider or via your car or home insurance policies.
You can subscribe for repatriation insurance, as well as cover against cancellations and lost luggage, with La Rébenne-contact us.

On registration (at the point of signing your contract), if you wish to take out insurance, please ensure that you indicate your choice of policy and your full name, as well as the relevant payment.
 

We offer two policy options in the PERLE ESSENTIEL range (entry level):

Policy no. 1: Multirisk :
This policy offers a combination of guarantees, against cancellation, luggage loss, repatriation assistance, medical expenses, trip interruption.
This insurance policy is provided by the company ASSUREVER (previously known as April Voyages).

Policy no. 2: Cancellation : 
This policy only provides cover for specific conditions that may prevent you from departing.

Prices for PERLE ESSENTIEL range

Price TTC for all trips of 3 months maximum.

Family Price: Minimum of 4 people and 2 generations (to any degree, older or younger). The reduction equally applies to blended families with the same conditions: 10% discount on the total deductible contract premium of €45/file, minimum. 

We offer a superior range of insurance policies with the PERLE CONFORT range, including a health cover extension as well as for sports and leisure (not included in the entry level range PERLE ESSENTIEL) and covers more risks.

• Cancellation due to illness following an epidemic or pandemic 30 days before departure; cancellation for denied boarding following a temperature check and positive test; medical repatriation in case of epidemic or pandemic; medical expenses incurred abroad following an epidemic or pandemic; hotel fees following a missed return and quarantine; accidental damage and theft of personal sports or leisure equipment; breakage or theft of personal sports equipment (rental fees); reimbursement in case of loss or theft of activity pass.

Policy no. 1: Multirisk :
This policy offers a combination of guarantees, against cancellation, loss of luggage or personal effects, trip interruption fees, individual insurance for travel accidents, civil liability abroad, impossible return, early return, travel assistance.
This insurance policy is provided by the company ASSUREVER (previously known as April Voyages).

Policy no. 2: Cancellation : 
The policy guarantees you exclusively in case of incapacity before departure and cancellation due to all justifiable causes.
