After a day of hiking, everyone dreams of a filling meal and a comfortable bed. In order to fully benefit from these moments of rest, we have selected quality accommodation where you will be warmly welcomed into a friendly atmosphere.
Hotels
Our hotels offer you an elevated level of comfort. You will sleep in single or double bedrooms with a private bathroom.
Gites
You will be welcomed into a family atmosphere by the owners of the guesthouse. The limited number of bedrooms guarantees a flexible and more personalised service.

Double Bedroom Option
You will sleep in a comfortable 2 person room in a hotel, guesthouse and, sometimes, gite. Sheets and towels are provided. A bathroom will be reserved for you in certain accommodation.
Food
This is not the time to go on a diet, but more so an opportunity to taste the local cuisine. We attach great importance to the quality of the food: a balanced diet, calorie intake and local specialities form the basis of each meal.
Picnics are prepared by cooks at your gite or hotel. In order to avoid unecessary waste, we request that you provide a plastic lunchbox to be filled with delicious food by the cook each morning.
If you follow a particular diet (you are a group member who does not eat meat, for example), don't hesitate to let us know so that we can pre-warn the cooks. Once you are 'on the ground', please remind your guide of your dietary needs.

Hostellerie du Vieux Moulin is located 2 minutes from the medieval village of Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse. It's our preferred stopover for walking and cycling tours in the heart of Cathar country.

Situated in the historic centre of Foix, 5 minutes from the foot of the castle fortress, which is classed as a Grand Site Midi Pyrénées; a former post office, the Hotel-Restaurant Lons is ready to welcome and host you during your trip in Ariège. On the side of the courtyard stands the Place Dutilh, a charming square which is typical of the ancient neighbourhoods of Foix. On sunny days, we set up our terrace where you can relax. On the garden side, the River Ariège flows peacefully towards the Toulousain plains, overshadowed by the 'Pech', which is the finishing point of the Cathar Route.
