One of our tours appeals to you, but you’d like to tailor it to your preferences, schedule, and skill level?
LaRébenne has always designed tours with the goal of appealing to the majority of our clients. But the possibilities are not limited to what you read in our descriptions: we can adapt our services based on the opportunities and constraints of the terrain.
Whether you are a couple, a group of friends, a family, or a club… our detailed knowledge of the terrain and our local partnerships allow us, in particular, to:
• privatize a tour on the dates of your choice, with or without a guide, with or without an escort vehicle,
• adjust the accommodation category,
• modify the tour duration by adding extra nights at the most beautiful locations,
• suggest additional loops if the terrain allows.
This is what we call a “tailor-made” trip: you create your ideal itinerary from the options we know best!
4 steps to plan your trip:
Step 1: Voyage, voyage…
Whether you have a rough idea or need some inspiration, browse our website using the filters for trip type, activity, destination, difficulty, and duration. These filters should help you select the tour(s) or destination that come closest to your ideal trip.
Step 2: Your turn!
Using the form below, and based on one of our tours or destinations that came out on top in Step 1, tell us about your project in detail.
Step 3: Our team of advisors steps in
Passionate about active travel, whether on foot or by bike, and with in-depth knowledge of the highlights of each tour, our team of advisors understands your project and translates it into a concrete travel and pricing proposal. At this stage, back-and-forth communication (by email and phone) is possible—and even recommended—to ensure our proposal is perfect.
Step 4: Ready to go?
Once you accept our proposal, we’ll send you a link to confirm your registration—individual or group, the choice is yours—and to pay the deposit.
Once registrations and deposits are received, our team of travel planners gets to work.
Note: if you are the group leader, please ensure that all members of your group have read and understood the proposal sent. For a smooth and successful trip, it is important that all group members have the same level of information.
