Every traveller who has paid and completed a tour is invited to fill out an online satisfaction survey via a hyperlink sent by email.
The main sections are those of a standard satisfaction survey and are intended for internal use only. The survey allows us to measure the level of satisfaction with regard to services provided (accommodation, transportation, guide, etc.). This information remains confidential and is not shared with any third parties.
2. Your Review
The “Your Overall Opinion of Your Tour” section aims to collect a general review of the tour, which will be published on our website if you consent to its publication. This review is accompanied by a rating (on a scale of 1 to 5). Reviews are published anonymously on the website, using only the first name and the first letter of the last name (e.g., Alice M.). All reviews are published as submitted, without editing, but are proofread to ensure they comply with our editorial guidelines (see point 3). Anyone who has written a review that does not comply with this policy will be informed of the temporary suspension of its publication and will be invited to write a new, publishable review, which will also be reviewed. The rating assigned cannot be modified by our team. Reviews are published and sorted chronologically (from newest to oldest).

- text that specifically names a local partner, a competing company, or a brand.
Furthermore, La Rébenne reserves the right to respond if the published review warrants it.
