Saint Guilhem path

Explore this historic trail on foot, a true link between the Massif Central, the Cévennes, and the Mediterranean. Once the route taken by shepherds from the south as they made their way up to the Aubrac Plateau in search of pasture for their flocks, the St. Guilhem Trail was later used by travelers, pilgrims, and merchants. Crossing the volcanic plateau, the Causse de Sauveterre, the Tarn Gorges, the Aigoual Massif, the Causse de Blandas, the Cirque de Navacelles, and then the Larzac, it ends in the charming village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
